This is my director's commentary. It details scenes from the short film and explains the meaning behind them in more depth.

0:03	Different fonts for production company   Sourced from www.dafont.co.uk	Sets the tone for the film which is comedic.
0:27	Opening Establishing shot shows characters walking into the woods. Following compilation of the characters messing around in the woods.	This reveals the characters to the audience and the overall setting of this film in one shot. The classical music makes the scene funnier as no grand events are taking place for the music to match.
1:28 and 1:33	Medium shot of the back of the two characters with the “Bloke” in the background, walking past. The shot then cuts to the front of the characters sat in the same place.	The line “What lowlifes would be round here?” come just before the next shot of the characters from the front, showing that they are the real low lives. The fact that somebody else is walking past them whilst they say this also adds to the irony.
1:48	Shots of the characters discussing that there are no places to bury the body cutting to shots of the two characters looking for a place suitable to bury the body.	This allowed me to break up the long dialogue scene so it didn’t drag. The scenes with goofy music being played over them get across that the scene takes place at another time period to the dialogue scenes which have no music, without having to add a time card.
3:08	This is the scene in which “2” explains to “1”, why the person they need to bury was killed in the first place.	The scene is edited together so that the shots of “1” explaining why the person they are burying was killed is played along side 2 walking to the spot in which he is killed. This foreshadows the death scene of “2”.
4:17	This is when the twist is revealed that “2” needed to kill “1”.	The shovel appearing over “2”’s shoulder is comedic but the music being played creates a dark comedy feeling to the scene. The scene cuts to black before “2” is hit with the shovel which makes the scene dark but also funny.
