Below are photos of my storyboard which goes into detail on the shots of my film. The storyboard is to help me create each these shots as it tells me who is needed, what type of shot to use and pictures to help me visualize the shot too.   

This is my equipment booking table which lists what equipment I rent, the quantity of the equipment and how long I rent it for. This is to help me keep track of what I rent and when I have to have it retuned by so I can meet those deadlines.
